- For using this theme first you need to Patch Uxtheme.
- For disable ribbons and enable details panel use OldNewExplorer
- You Need Install Ribbon Disabler for Windows 8 and 8.1 Download.
- To back start menu windows 7 so use Startisback.
- Copy all file in "Theme" folder to "%windir%/Resources/Themes".
- Open personalize panel and apply theme.

Basically, it's not possible to download the skin. Every single link takes you somewhere from where you're gonna download something other than what you came for here. So good job for all these adds, cause there's nothing here other than ads.
